Weekly Workout

I’m a planner and an organiser. I know my schedule at least a week in advance and every sunday I will update my ‘Weekly Workout’ with when and what I plan on doing at the gym. I will also update each day with what I was able to accomplish at the gym (how long/calories burned).

January 12th; Run with Tony after Dinner & Skipping

January 13th; Gym from 4:30-6:00PM (Legs or Cardio — depending on how busy it is)

January 14th; Gym afternoon (Legs or cardio — whichever I don’t do on 12th)

January 15th; Run with Tony after Dinner & Skipping

January 16th; Gym Evening (Arms)

January  17th; Gym Evening (Cardio)

January 18th; Gym Day

January 19th; Rest Day & Beach Day at Gold Coast
